Shipping Area
We currently ship within Canada only.
Local pickup is available within the Greater Toronto Area. Pickup instructions will be sent by email after your order is placed.

Processing Time
In-stock orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days.
Orders are shipped from our location in Canada.

Pre-Orders
Pre-order items typically arrive at our warehouse 15 days after the official release date.
Once in stock, they are shipped within 1 to 3 business days.
If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the full order will ship when all items are available.

Shipping Time
Delivery within Canada usually takes 2 to 7 business days after the order has shipped.
Delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier delays.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Free shipping is available on Canadian orders over $200 before tax.
